In the event of our candidate leaving your employ (excluding redundancy and retrenchments), within the stipulated guarantee period below, we endeavour to replace a suitable candidate at no extra cost to yourselves. An exclusivity period of 30 working days must be afforded to Tafadzwa Consulting in order to replace.

NB. The annual package will be determined by the sum total of the Annual Salary and the following applicable benefits: -Car/travel schemes or allowances, housing and entertainment allowances, or other remuneration in the offer letter.
